Chelsea have reached agreement with a top-class midfielder

 Chelsea have reportedly reached an agreement with Gremio midfielder, Gabriel Mec, after talks with the player.

The Stamford Bridge outfit have vigorously pursued Mec since they were acquired by Todd Boehly and Clearlake Capital in 2022.

According to Fabrizio Romano, the Blues are actively advancing negotiations with Gremio for Mec to move to Stamford Bridge this summer.

“Negotiations are underway between clubs, Chelsea is opening talks with Gremio after the player’s green light to the project.

“2008-born Brazilian talent, keen on Chelsea move,” Romano tweeted.
