"Agreement in place for a fee around £22m add-ons included, as expected.
"Chelsea will NOT have a buy-back clause but there will be a sell-on clause. Exclusive story, confirmed."
Hutchinson was a key player in helping Ipswich win promotion and will now help them in their return to the Premier League.
