Celebrations at Stamford Bridge as Chelsea complete the signing of a world-class player until 2030

Chelsea have reportedly completed the signing of Barcelona’s Marc Guiu in a deal worth £5m.

Recent reports claimed that the teenager rejected a new four-year contract from the Catalan club that was seemingly proposed after Barcelona became aware of Chelsea’s interest.

The club are said to have triggered his release clause and Fabrizio Romano claims that he completed his medical in London on Thursday night and he has agreed a deal until the summer of 2030.

We are sure that the lad is a great talent for the future and the fact that Barcelona wants to keep hold shows that they have great ambitions for the striker – so it is a shock to see that he could end up at Chelsea.

CHELSEA keep on signing these young players that have big futures in the game – they keep splashing the cash for stars that have done nothing in the game in hope they can be as good as Cole Palmer.

As we said – Guiu is a very talented lad that has a big future in the game – but with Enzo Maresca a man that needs to make a good start to life at the Blues – having no control over the players that are signed is a mistake – it is his squad and not the boards.

Guiu is another potential signing that is not ready – that will not make any sort of impact at the club and that will probably get sent out on loan numerous times before being forgotten about.
