Jadon Sancho is set to leave Manchester United in January after falling out with Erik ten Hag

Chelsea are expected to be busy in the transfer market once again next month as Mauricio Pochettino looks to bolster his squad at Stamford Bridge. The Blues have took some time to show green shoots under the Argentine but they are only two games away from Wembley.

The Carabao Cup quarter-final win over Newcastle last week set-up a semi-final clash with Middlesbrough in January. Everyone associated with the club will be hoping they can win silverware this season after a troubling last 18 months, no more so than Mauricio Pochettino who has never won a trophy in England.

Todd Boehly spent more than £400million in the summer and further spending is expected to follow in January. Despite Christopher Nkunku's return from injury, a new centre-forward has been heavily linked.

Here, football.london takes a look at the players tipped to make a move the west London this January, courtesy of Sky Bet and bet 365.

Victor Osimhen - 8/1

Despite agreeing a new deal with Napoli, Osimhen's situation is set to be monitored throughout January amid ongoing uncertainty over his relationship with the Italian giants. A prolific goalscorer, he would certainly give Chelsea something different.

Chelsea are favourites to land the striker at 8/1 with Arsenal shortly behind at 10/1.

Jadon Sancho - 6/1

His fall-out at Manchester United and Erik ten Hag means he should be up for grabs this summer. A return to Europe has been touted in recent weeks, but Chelsea's long-standing interest means another wide attacker could be on his way.

Borussia Dortmund are favourites to re-sign Sancho at 2/1 with a move to any Saudi Pro League club behind at 5/1. Chelsea are further down at 6/1.

Aaron Ramsdale - 8/1

The Arsenal goalkeeper has lost his place in Mikel Arteta's team and with Euro 2024 on the horizon, a move in January is pivotal for Ramsdale. The Gunners, it seems, want to keep hold of him, but it's unlikely that he'll settle for warming the bench for the rest of his season.

Bet 365 have him staying in north London as the favourable option, with Newcastle the next favourite at 10/3. Chelsea are backed at 8/1, with Djordje Petrovic's heroics in the cup cooling claims of a new shot-stopper.

Antoine Griezmann - 12/1

Griezmann hasn't been linked with a move to Chelsea for some time but his hot streak for Atletico Madrid this season means he's tipped for a big-money move. The France international has netted 16 goals in 23 games this season.

A move to Manchester United is the favourite, according to Sky Bet, at 9/2 with Chelsea backed at 12/1. An outsider for sure.

Joao Palhinha - 16/1

A new holding midfielder won't be at the top of Pochettino's list this January after the club-record arrival of Moises Caicedo. However, that hasn't stopped Fulham star Palhinha being tipped.

Bet 365 claim Bayern Munich (1/1) and Arsenal (8/1) are favourites to sign the Portuguese with Chelsea coming in at 16/1
