Another Chelsea player has reportedly suffered another injury setback as more negative news comes through.
As we know, Chelsea have been plagued with injuries of late and things have not been great at all in that department. Now, we are hearing about an injury setback to defender Trevoh Chalobah, who is apparently now going to be injured until the end of January at least.
According to Sky Sports, Chalobah has suffered another setback and is expected to be out until early January, meaning he will have spent almost six months on the sidelines.
And as a result of this, Tottenham have cooled their interest in him due to injury concerns.
Chelsea may now find it very hard and almost impossible to sell him in January now, which is what was always expected to happen. That will be a concern because Chalobah would represent a pure profit sale, so we will have to now wait and see what happens.
