Chelsea are reportedly closing in on french defender, Jules Kounde. The Blues have offered fellow french star, Kurt Zouma, as part of the deal to sign the France international. Kurt have reportedly rejected a move to the Spanish club while Sevilla are insisting in only cash deal.Jules Kounde is a French professional footballer who plays as a centre back for Spanish club Sevilla and the France national team. The France international is one of the best defenders in the Spanish league.
