
Chelsea completed the signing of Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan for a club record fee of €115m last week, and the blues still want at least one more addition to the squad before the summer transfer window shuts.
Lukaku’s move triggered the departure of England International Tammy Abraham to Italian club AS Roma, while some couple players have also left the bridge either on loan or on a permanent deal.Emerson Palmieri completed a loan move to French club Olympique Lyon, while Mitchy Batshuayi also joined Turkish club Besiktas on loan.
There have been lots of departures over the years from Chelsea, and recent reports coming in have stated that young defender Ikeh Ugbo will join Belgian club Genk for a fee around €7.5m. All the deals that will see the defender move to Belgian is reportedly a ‘done deal’, with medicals scheduled to take place in few hours time.
