Bad news in Stamford Bridge on the signing Chelsea’s new number 9 striker

After reportedly seeing their official offer for star striker, Erling Haaland knocked back by Bundesliga giants, Borussia Dortmund, Thomas Tuchel’s side Chelsea are now said have given up in their chase for the Norwegian international in the ongoing summer transfer window.According to the latest reports from The Athletic UK journalist Dominic Fifield, the Blues are nolonger interested in signing Haaland with them now fully focusing on re-signing their former superstar, Romelu Lukaku who have had a fantastic spell with Serie A giants, Inter Milan since his move to the San Siro Stadium from Manchester United.As correctly reported by multiple sources, the London club have submitted a second offer to Inter Milan for Lukaku after seeing their initial offer of close to €100million plus Marcos Alonso turned down by Italian side who are said to be bracing for an improved deal.
