Done Deals At Stamford Bridge: Chelsea announce double signings of two world-class players
Chelsea has officially announced the Departure of two of their Academy graduates. Marc Guehi, Myles Harris are among the Chelsea academy graduates who have left the club this summer. While Guehi and Harris left the club on permanent deals, Both Henry Lawrence and Jamie Cumming have departed on loan deals.19 year old Henry Lawrence has been with Chelsea since he was 8 years old. Several Championship and league one clubs were interested in the youngster but he decided to join Wimbledon. The right back was on the verge of Joining Wigan last week but talks accelerated with Wimbledon and he has officially joined them.Jamie Cumming on the other hand has signed for Gillingham ahead of the 2021/2022 season. Jamie has also been with Chelsea since he was 8 and has played for different age-groups at Chelsea. Jamie signed is first professional contract with Chelsea in 2018 but has not featured at all for the senior team.The 21 years old Goalkeeper made 41 appearances for league 2 side Stevenage where he was on loan last season. He will now continue his development at league one side Gillingham in the 2021/2022 season.
