Chelsea Now Focus To Agree Deal For £40m Rated Attacker

The transfer window is officially opened and clubs especially Chelsea are in the lookout for some quality players ahead of the upcoming Premier League season.

Blues coach Thomas Tuchel is eager to improve his side this summer having went on an incredible run to win Champions League last campaign.

It’s claimed that the Premier League giants are been linked with some big names including the likes of Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane, West Ham’s Declan Rice and Erling Haaland of Borussia Dortmund. However, due to the huge price-tag of the above list and the Euro 2020 still ongoing, the Blues are now considering cheaper option before making any big money move.

And according to The Sun, Chelsea are interested in signing Brentford attacker Ivan Toney this summer.

Ivan has enjoyed a stellar campaign with Brentford since moving from Peterborough, netting 30 times in 44 Championship games for the team, helping them to promotion to the Premier League.Chelsea are willing to get a possible deal done in order to recruit a striker who the club can rely on to score a lot of goals.

If the Blues should make a move this summer, a bid around £40million would be enough to capture him from Brentford.
