Done Deal: Chelsea transfer Chief, Marina Granovskaia announce transfer deal for a world-class player

Chelsea are active in the market looking for top players for their squad ahead of next season that will be starting in August. They will also be preparing to defend the Champions League trophy they had won by beating Manchester City.

The West London based side has now completed its first deal of the summer after they sold one of their players. Marco Van Ginkel has now joined PSV permanently. The 28-year-old was at Chelsea for 8 years but had been sent out on several loan deals before.The Dutchman has been on the sidelines for a long due to some gruesome injuries he had sustained. This made him have very little game time at Chelsea and was always sent on loan to gain fitness.

“I want to thank Chelsea for the last 8 years. A big thank you to the club for the unconditional support, especially during the periods of my rehabilitation. Thanks to the staffs, my teammates and the fans as well. I felt at home for the very first moment,” he wrote a farewell on his Instagram account.
