Good news to Tuchel and Chelsea fans as board on the verge of announcing huge deal for a world-class player
It is a week into the summer transfer window, but there has not been much movement of top players which was expected by several football fans.
Chelsea have already confirmed one summer deal with Fikayo Tomori heading to AC Milan who made his loan deal permanent after a very impressive and successful second part of the season.
Thomas Tuchel wants to add at least three players at the Stamford Bridge, with a right back, midfielder and striker being targeted by the German manager.
Erling Haaland, Declan Rice and Achraf Hakimi are the main targets. Negotiations for Achraf Hakimi from Inter Milan have been ongoing for days.
It is being claimed that Chelsea’s initial offer of £50 million plus Andreas Christensen and Emerson was turned down.
However, according to reliable sources close to Chelsea, Inter Milan are ready to do business with Chelsea if they include two of their players.
The reports claim that Inter Milan are demanding for Marcos Alonso and David Zappacosta to be included in the deal.
The talks are progressing well as Chelsea are willing to offer £60 million with the players to be included set to be known later on.
