Chelsea manager, Tuchel could hands 25-year-old star player his first game against Arsenal
Thomas Tuchel reportedly wants a good look at Kenedy before making a decision about starting him or sending him away from Chelsea again.
According to Super Deporte, Kenedy is being collared by Valencia for a potential move back to Spain following his loan spell with Granada last season.
It was a very efficient campaign for the Brazilian, scoring eight goals and providing six assists in 44 appearances across all competitions.

He certainly sent a message to his Stamford Bridge suitors, who have yet to be fully convinced by the 25-year-old.
Kenedy signed for the Blues back in 2015 as a fresh-faced teenager from Fluminense.

Not since 2018 has he played for his parent club. However, a silver lining might still be on the horizon for the versatile left-footer.
Despite Valencia’s apparent interest, Super Deporte state that Thomas Tuchel wants to see Kenedy up close and personal in pre-season.
Only then will Chelsea’s coach sit down and determine which is the best course of action for the player’s future.

Currently, Tuchel has three recognised left-backs in his squad: Ben Chilwell, Marcos Alonso and Emerson Palmieri.
Yet, the latter two’s position is still pretty perilous, therefore the Blues may well need some reinforcements in that position.
Luckily for Kenedy, he can also play as a winger, so versatility is on his side.
Tuchel could use him against Arsenal
I guess it massively depends on what happens to Alonso and Emerson.
If one or both of them leave, I think Kenedy deserves a shot.
Perhaps he came to Chelsea too soon in his career and wasn’t quite matured enough as a player or a person.
He now looks fully grown, so why not give him another chance? I probably would.
