Chelsea transfer Chief, Marina Granovskaia begins negotiation to sign £170m European top striker this summer

With the 2020/21 Premier League season having come to an end, Chelsea will be exploring the possibility of doing some transfer business when the window opens.

The Blues are being linked with several players this summer, with Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski, Harry Kane of Tottenham and West Ham’s Declan Rice all seen as a possible target for the London club.

Thomas Tuchel’s side are currently in the hunt for a reputable striker following some ups and downs for the Blues frontlines this past season.

And according to the Daily Mail, Chelsea have started talks with Borussia Dortmund over the possible signing of Erling Haaland this summer transfer window.Though, the Bundesliga club are eager to hold onto the 20-year old Norwegian for one more season and while there’s is an acceptance that any move will prove difficult to seal, report says Blues are in talks to make it happen.

However, any transfer deal this summer could cost as much as £170million – with Chelsea now looking for options to bring down that price.
