Chelsea board to complete transfer deal with Inter Milan star

Thomas Tuchel who is keen on making the top 4 position this season despite the Blues struggling to get their form back due to the poor performance under Frank Lampard, he’s aiming to build a more stronger and competitive squad that challenge for the premier league tittle in few seasons to come. However, report has state that the German tactician has been monitoring the current situation of 22-years-old African superstar Achraf Hakimi, with the hope of signing the Moroccan superstar to Chelsea.
