Chelsea receive update from Dortmund over the transfer of Erling Haaland

As Chelsea look at the possibility of sharpening their attack by signing Borussia Dortmund striker, Erling Haaland, there has been update on the status of the striker.Borassus Dortmund Chief, Hans-Joachim Watze has issued a statement urging the 20 years old Norwegian striker to continue his development in Germay amid Chelsea and Manchester United interest.Haaland who have admitted recently to support Chelsea from childhood is one of the hottest prospect in the football world today. He scored a total of 33goals for Dortmund last year in 32 appearances and has since then broken many records since his 20m euros move from Austria Giant Red Bull Salzburg.

With the January transfer window open now, Chelsea, Manchester United, Real Madrid and Barcelona are all interested in Haaland.
The 20 years old striker will be chelsea’s number one target next summer, with Declan Rice also of interest to Frank Lampard. The blues are willing to cash on Ross Barkley and is open to join Aston Villa on a full time basis after an impressive start to his loan.
Despite improving their attacking impetus in the summer by bringing in the likes of Timo Werner, Hakim Ziyech and Kai Havertz, Chelsea are in the running to sign the 20-year-old forward, whose numbers in the Bundesliga are off the charts.
