Chelsea’s manager Frank Lampard and the board of the club has gotten an issue to iron out for the smooth running of the club as regards a transfer deal.
Chelsea has been chasing Declan Rice from the summer transfer window. The West Ham star was previously linked to moving to Stamford Bridge but the deal was cut-off due to the high money tagged to him by the Hammers in the summer transfer window.
Chelsea were front-runners in the summer transfer market, spending over £200 million on five new additions.
Lampard reported that the cause of the clash with boards was because of the signing of Declan Rice.
